There are three types of tickets to the Women’s Adventure Expo 2017 at At-Bristol on the 7th October:

Early Bird Ticket - £36.00

For a limited time we have a special Early Bird Ticket, which covers standard entry into the event. With this ticket you will be able to access the whole event and full programme. Includes refreshments. Available until the end of August. When they’re gone they’re gone!

Standard Ticket - £46.00

Our Standard Ticket for the Women’s Adventure Expo 2017 covers entry into the whole event and full programme. Includes refreshments.

Premium Ticket - £56.00

Covering everything above, plus lunch! With this ticket you will have entry into the whole event and full programme, premium main stage seating, refreshments and lunch provided. We reserve the right to add surprise extras!

Collaboration with the Shextreme Film Festival on Friday 6th October 2017 at Arnolfini, Bristol

We are offering a 25% discount on a WAExpo2017 Standard ticket to those attending the Shextreme Film Festival. Buy your Shextreme ticket first to obtain a discount code for WAExpo2017, enter the code at checkout and the discount will then be applied.

Gala Dinner

This year, for the first time, we are having a Women’s Adventure Expo Gala Dinner. This will be held in the evening of Saturday 7th October, after WAExpo2017, at Mshed - just across the harbour from At-Bristol. The guest speaker is Mollie Hughes and our charity partners are Empowering Women of Nepal and PHASE Worldwide. Tickets for the Gala Dinner are available below. Are Men allowed to the Women's Adventure Expo?

Yes, we welcome men to all WAExpo events and feel all genders play a big role in encouraging more inclusivity for women in outdoor adventure. We also hope many men will support the Women’s Adventure Expo in championing and celebrating women’s adventure achievements.

Why do tickets cost a little more this year?

This year we have raised the ticket price just a little to help us cover the cost of the event. Women’s Adventure Expo is a Social Enterprise, whose primary aim is to benefit the community, and the health and wellbeing of women. Profits made by WAExpo are reinvested back into the enterprise, so that we can provide more events; expand our online platform, promote inclusive opportunities for women and develop projects which engage women in outdoor participation. As a young Community Interest Company we are not able to heavily subsidise events, however we have worked very hard to bring you an amazing line up of awesome women, and an empowering program which is worth every penny.

Is the event suitable for friends who aren't active in the outdoors or to attend the event alone?

Yes, WAExpo speakers, workshop leaders and other attendees are all very friendly and positive! We create an atmosphere which is keen to welcome those who are interested in hearing stories and learning ways to improve confidence, we believe everyone benefits from the outdoors. Many women have come to the event for the first time alone, and have received a very positive and collaborative experience. Please read some of our testimonies to hear what attendees have said.
