The aim of our workshops is to empower women by creating a cycle of positive reinforcement, and so our programme provides a hefty dose of motivation, resources and information. We hope this will equip you to take on your own adventure, in whatever form adventure looks like to you!

Our workshops are included in your ticket price, and thanks to small change in our event layout, we now have a little more room. This means their is no need to book or reserve workshop sessions. However we do suggest you arrive 10 minutes early for workshops, and secure your seat. WAExpo Members will have priority seating in all workshops.

What was the best part of the Women’s Adventure Expo 2015?:

“The opportunity to meet with professionals in small groups or on a one to one basis. The whole event made you feel valued and respected as an individual, from the communications received during booking to the workshops on the day”

“Really well done for putting this event on. It’s so badly needed and it’s because of people like you helping to promote women in this area that change is going to happen. A fantastic job! I really enjoyed the whole event. It would be great to see the event go from strength to strength. THANK YOU!!!!”

“I found the day interesting for my own interests in challenge activities and long distance Hiking, but also from the perspective as a teacher in an all-girls grammar school. High achieving, academic females often have a fear of taking risks (and thus the risk of failing). I’m looking forward to discussing with our head teacher the possibility of bringing at least one of the speakers we listened to at this event to the school to talk with our students. Thank you for an amazing day”.
